Hoping for a job in Germany

As you know, Sam and I have been interested in getting a job in Germany for quite awhile. We've put in for numerous jobs and have gotten a little discouraged at times because there are very few bites. Anyhow, two weeks ago Monday Sam had an interview for a SAS Director at Patch Barracks which is in Stuttgart. I thought the interview went very well. We know they checked his references because both Jerry and Kris told us they had contacted them.

So for over two weeks now we've been waiting....and waiting. We may not get the job, but at this point we just want to know so we can go on with our lives. Mom and Dad planned on coming to Hawaii in April, but that's on hold until we know for sure that we're going to be here. Tonight when Sam gets home we're going to email the person who he interviewed with and hopefully get an answer...one way or another.

The weather here has been so beautiful lately. Not too hot and very cool in the evenings and mornings. It's been really comfortable. My poor husband has not been feeling well. He has a cold and is so pitiful when he's sick (I guess maybe that's most men :) He was playing it for all it's worth last night. He stayed home on Monday, but couldn't stand it and was back to work yesterday. He is amazing though, he's usually not down for very long. Well, that's about it for now.
