Summer playdate

Toward the end of June we had a very impromptu play date at the house.  It was a day that PWOC had planned for anyone who wanted to meet at the zoo downtown and spend a day with the other moms and kids.  Kim and I planned to meet up there and then we met up with Kristal and her girls. 

It turned out to be a really hot day and the kids were just miserable.  We all decided that it would be no loss to us to leave early (since we all have season passes), so we headed back to our house and got the girls some lunch while we ordered some lunch in for ourselves.  Then to cool off we let the girls head out back to the pool.  It didn't last very long, but they had fun for a little while.
